   What to Expect

1. Chief complaint & patient's health concerns are discussed first

2. TCM diagnosis is given based on pulse & tongue inspection as well as comprehensive questionnaire

3. Skin is prepared with some oil

4. Fire is ignited to create the vacuum inside the glass cup

5. The cups are quickly put on the skin which creates the suction

6. The cups are left for 7-10 min on the skin or are sleighed up and down to break down the adhesion of the fascia

7. After removal of the cups, some round bruises may appear and will dissipate within 3-7 days
